Palomi helps you create message templates and reuse them for consistency when you communicate. Fill in the fields, copy the message, send it anywhere.
TLDR;
Palomi is a library of message templates. Write a message once with fields in it, fill them in when you need it, and copy the result in one click.
Values are filled in the browser and never saved to the server. Templates can be shared with collaborators as viewers or editors, and a library of examples in French and English gets you started.
For anyone who ships with Chronopost, a pickup point map prefills the relay address.
The issue
Some messages get written over and over: order confirmations, delivery details, event reminders, answers to the same questions. The usual ways of reusing them all leak time:
- Copying from an old conversation: slow to find, and the old names and details come along with the text
- A notes app: keeps the wording but not the blanks, so every name, product and address is edited by hand
- Canned replies inside big tools: they exist, but inside platforms built for support teams and priced for them
Palomi keeps the wording and the blanks together, and gets out of the way once the message is copied.
Process
Built in five days, from June 30 to July 4, 2026.
- Template editor: a rich-text editor with typed fields placed right inside the message
- Fill and copy: fields fill in a side panel on desktop and a drawer on mobile, the message previews as you type, and one button copies it
- Collaboration: invite people who already use Palomi by email, as viewers (fill only) or editors, with in-app notifications. Only the owner can remove collaborators or delete a template
- Examples: a premade library sorted by category (delivery, events, orders, marketing), in both languages, imported in one click
- Chronopost pickup points: a map to search relay points and prefill the chosen address, switched on from the settings
- Two languages: French and English across the interface, the examples and the legal pages
- Try it first: the landing page runs a live template demo before any sign-up
