William Brisa (“the Provider”) offers freelance product design and full-stack development services. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website williambrisa.fr and any services provided through it.
All content displayed on this website — including but not limited to text, images, designs, code samples, and case studies — is the intellectual property of William Brisa or used with explicit permission from the respective rights holders. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
Upon full payment for a commissioned project, intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the individual project agreement. The Provider retains the right to display the work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All project engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties. These Terms provide the general framework; the SOW takes precedence in case of conflict.
Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance. A deposit of 30% is required before work commences. In accordance with Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, late payments incur interest at 3 times the legal interest rate in effect in France. A fixed recovery indemnity of €40 is also due for each late payment.
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided. Total liability under any project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of two years.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
